Having trouble coming up with a strong password? The strongest passwords are actually passphrases. In other words, a short phrase with multiple words or even a complete sentence work to create an exceptionally strong password that can still be easy to remember.
Q: Do I need to set up all three authentication methods (phone, email, security questions) for SSPR?
A: No, you only need to set up one authentication method. However, you are free to set up more than one.
Q: What should I do if I can't remember the answers to my security questions?
A: Contact the Office of Information Technology at helpdesk(at)mac(dot)edu for a password reset. Once you are able to log in again, visit the Register link above to reset your security questions and answers.
