The Office of Career Services is designed to support you through each step of your career exploration and job search through and after graduation.
The mission of Career Services is to equip our graduates with the tools to Plan, Prepare, and Practice — giving you the resources, strategies, and structured experiences you need to strengthen your presentation to potential employers and prepare you for your crucial first job search and the professional life of your choice.
Employers recruit Mac graduates because they know our students are equipped with excellent credentials and view the workplace as an opportunity to demonstrate knowledge, confidence, and insight.
The main avenue for students to begin to access all that Career Services has to offer is Mac Connect powered by Purple Briefcase, our partner in providing a comprehensive, web-based process for learning about the job-search process, choosing a career path that's right for you, and finding internship and job openings.
Current MacMurray students can sign in to create an account and log in at Mac Connect.
Throughout the year, Career Services also offers a wide variety of activities to support your journey to secure a professional position. When you take advantage of workshops, webinars, mock interviews, the annual etiquette dinner, presentations from business leaders, and career fairs, you will be among the strongest candidates when potential employers screen your application.
