Credential File Request
The MacMurray College Office of Career Services provides MacMurray College alumni with copies of their credential file to facilitate their job search or to provide support for graduate/professional school admission. Credential files are compiled before graduation from MacMurray and remain on file as part of the student's academic portfolio for ten years after graduation. Alumni who are in need of retrieving their credential file may use several routes:

Official credential files are sent once payment is received. Dissemination costs are as follows:
- $5.00 membership (entitles you to five complementary sets of credentials)
- $4.00 per set (following exhaustion of complementary sets)
Additional fees will be required for special handling.
