Facilities Information
Facilities is located in the Gordan Facilities Management Building on Hardin Avenue, across from Palmer Field, and is open from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Facilities is responsible for the maintenance of all buildings:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Heat and air conditioning
- Grounds maintenance
- Housekeeping
If you have a maintenance need after hours:
- If the maintenance need is in a residence hall, contact your residence hall director.
- For all other needs, you may contact Campus Security (217-479-7020).
- If the need is not an emergency, please submit a Maintenance Direct ticket. The submittal password is fixit.
