Refund Procedure

Students withdrawing from MacMurray College, regardless of reason, are required to complete the College's withdrawal process, which begins with the Student Life Office or Records and Registration Office.

Students who withdraw from MacMurray College are entitled to a refund of tuition, room, and board charges according to the schedule presented below.

During week 1 90%
During week 2 70%
During week 3 50%
During week 4 30%
After week 4 0%

Withdrawing can create a loss of financial aid that has been awarded to the student. Please refer to the financial aid refund policy for details.

Students or parents who feel that their individual circumstances warrant exceptions from the refund policies stated above may appeal to the Vice President for Business and Administration, MacMurray College, 447 East College Avenue, Jacksonville, Illinois 62650.
