All students — even those who are pre-registered — must check-in on Registration Day!
Registration takes place on Monday, August 25 from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in Gamble Campus Center. Students must check-in to complete the registration process and attend fall classes beginning Tuesday, August 26.
Your MacMurray College ID is required for check-in; if you do not have a MacMurray College ID, obtain one from Student Life on Registration Day. If you will not be returning to campus because of an internship or student teaching assignment, please call the Records Office at 217-479-7014 to complete your registration.
- MacMurray College ID: Students can pick up their MacMurray College ID, required for check-in with Registrar, from Student Life.
- Commuter Student Orientation: 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., Commuter Lounge, Gamble Campus Center.
- Vehicle Registration: All vehicles must be registered and require a MacMurray College parking sticker; the $50 registration fee per semester will be billed to students. To register a vehicle, students must provide:
- driver’s license number;
- vehicle make, year, and model.
- Health Services: Physical forms and immunization records are required to register. Contact Student Life at 217-479-7123 if you have not, or think you may have not, submitted the mandatory forms.
- Safety and Security Policy Acknowledgment: All students on Registration Day will be asked to acknowledge that they have read the Drug Free Schools and Communities Amendment Act.
Please visit the Office of Public Relations if your family, town of residence, or other information for press release purposes has changed in 2014. If you would like the Office of Public Relations to take a publicity photo or you would like to provide one, contact Public Relations at 217-473-7181 or via email.
Payment in full is due no later than August 15, or receipt of payments according to payment plan is required by Registration Day. Full-time tuition covers up to 18 hours in the fall term; students, without additional charge, may take an overload if the Registrar approves. A fee of $320 applies to directed study courses. Students may contact the Business Office in the case of withdrawal from a class to see if a refund applies. Failure to attend a class, even prior to withdrawal, may increase a student's financial obligation through loss of financial aid.
Submit completed registration check-in form; sign acknowledgement.
Please plan to attend Convocation on Monday, August 25 at 5 p.m. in Annie Merner Chapel.
