Faculty member contributes to teaching site
Peer-reviewed e-publication presents course materials.

JACKSONVILLE, IL – Christopher Strangeman, MacMurray College assistant professor of history, has had his syllabus and other course materials accepted for publication in the online site Syllabus.
The materials e-published, titled “Learning Communities: World Civilization III” are from a World Civilization class that Dr. Strangeman taught. To see the Syllabus landing page for the materials, click here.
Syllabus is a peer-reviewed publication of course materials intended to enhance the quality of college instruction. It can be found at http://www.syllabusjournal.org/.
Dr. Strangeman began teaching history at MacMurray earlier this academic year. He is a 1996 graduate of MacMurray and received his master’s from Eastern Illinois University and his Ph.D. in historical studies in 2007 from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
