Dickert’s one man show to premier Nov. 4 & 11

Jacksonville – Described as a solo performance piece exploring the nature and myth of the “good little boy,” Dr. j nick dickert will present Good Little Boys on November 4 and 11.

The performances will be held at the Marian Chase Schaeffer Studio Theatre on the MacMurray College campus. All tickets are $4.00 which will be sold at the door.

The play is written, directed and performed by Dr. “dee,” as he is known to the community. Based partly on 100 interviews with middle and high school-aged boys answering the question, “What does it mean to be a man?” the show weaves their answers, original material, and autobiographical moments into a highly physical performance tapestry.

Curtain time is at 11:00 p.m. for both performances. There will be NO late seating.
