MacMurray offers help to students affected by Katrina

Jacksonville – In an effort to assist students displaced by Hurricane Katrina, MacMurray College is offering a helping hand.

Many colleges and universities in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama that sustained major damage from the hurricane have no definite answers yet as to when they will begin operating normally.

MacMurray will assist students displaced by the catastrophe, offering special admission to enroll at the College at least for the fall semester.

MacMurray has a wide range of programs, many nationally accredited. The college will try to accommodate students in any program.

Students will be assisted on a case-by-case basis to best determine their needs. Anyone interested may contact the College’s Office of Admissions at 800-252-7485,
e-mail admissions@mac.edu, or may follow the link from the College’s website home page (www.mac.edu).
