Wired Network Access - Guest Registration
If you are a temporary visitor at MacMurray and require Internet access, you can register as a guest.
Guests must adhere to a similar security policy as that of the students: you must have up-to-date anti-virus and anti-spyware programs installed, no P2P clients, and an up-to-date operating system.
Guests must also run a Bradford client on their machine. This client is "dissolvable" in that it is a run-once agent that will only be present on your machine for a set period of time.
The first thing you will see after plugging in your network cable and opening a web browser is the main registration page.
Note: Do not unplug your network cable or restart your computer for at least 30 minutes after you begin the registration process. This can disrupt the process.

Click on the third link: "Guests who do not have a temporary account".

Enter your full name, reason for visit, phone number, and email address. This information is collected solely for contact purposes should problems arise while you are on the MacMurray network. Click "Download" when ready.
You will get a prompt to download the Bradford Dissolvable Agent. Click "Run" and the agent will download and install itself.
Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, you will get a second prompt asking if you are sure you want to run the installer. Click "Run".

After installation, the agent will scan your system. Once done, the agent will tell you the result of the scan via a notification in the system tray.

If it encountered problems with your computer's security, you will be moved to remediation. If your computer is healthy and up-to-date, you will be connected to the network and afforded 24 hours' worth of access. If you require more time, you will need to redownload the agent via the registration pages.
