Clear Temporary Internet Files and Cookies

Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Navigate to the Tools menu and select "Internet options."
  3. In the Internet Options window on the General tab, look for a section labeled Browsing history. Click "Delete..."
  4. Check the boxes next to whichever options you would like to delete and click "Delete."

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Navigate to the History menu and select "Clear Recent History..."
  3. In the Clear All History window, select the time range to clear, check the boxes next to whichever options you would like to delete, and click "Clear Now."

Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Navigate to the Tools menu and select "Reset Safari."
  3. In the window that appears, check the boxes next to whichever options you would like to delete and click "Reset."

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Navigate to the File menu and select "History."
  3. On the History page, click "Clear browsing data..."
  4. You will automatically be taken to the Settings page and the Clear browsing data window. Check the boxes next to whichever options you would like to delete and click "Clear browsing data."

Opera

  1. Open Opera.
  2. Navigate to the Tools menu and select "Delete Private Data..."
  3. In the Delete Private Data window, click "Detailed Options," check the boxes next to whichever options you would like to delete, and click "Clear browsing data."
