Clinical Practice Application

The Clinical Practice Application must be completed before the start of the first semester prior to your scheduled semester of Clinical Practice.  In other words, if you are planning on doing your Clinical Practice during the Fall Semester you must have your application completed before the prior Spring Term begins or if you are planning on doing your Practice during Spring Semester you must have completed your application before the start of the prior fall semester. 

All requirements of the program as listed under the Benchmarks must be met before your application shall be considered.  This includes, but is not limited to, a 2.5 average, successful completion of the Basic Skills Test and the Content Area Test.
