Text Box: JoEllen Brannan, PHD, RN, CNE Professor of Nursing Chair of the Division of Nursing  

Text Box: Joellen Brannan received her PhD in nursing from the University of Missouri at St. Louis with a focus on family decision-making and medically fragile children. She earned her  MSN at St. Louis University with an emphasis in community health nursing and nursing education. She completed her BSN at MacMurray College. She has taught at MacMurray since 1989. In 2007, Brannan was awarded the MacMurray College Distinguished Alumni award, and is a recipient of the Dewey Wilkins Award for Excellence in Teaching.
