The Vice President for Institutional
Advancement is responsible for all fund-raising activities of
the College and for overseeing the activities of the Alumni,
Development, and Public Relations Offices. Eric works closely
with the President and the Board of Trustees to determine College priorities
and procedures for raising funds.
Larissa Robertson
Director of Annual Giving

Larissa first joined the MacMurray College staff in 2006 as the Marketing Specialist and Events Coordinator as well as an admissions counselor concentrating on recruitment in the Sangamon County area. She became a part of the Office of Institutional Advancement in January of 2007 as the Associate Director of Annual Giving. In her new role, she will be responsible for Livewire, the annual phonathon campaign, as well as other fund-raising initiatives.
Before coming to MacMurray College, Mrs. Robertson was working as a freelance public relations specialist in Galesburg, IL, where she devised and implemented a small business public relations strategy. In addition to freelance work, she interned in creative services with 91.5/WCIC, a non-profit, non-commercial, contemporary Christian radio station in Peoria.
Mrs. Robertson graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor’s of Science in public relations and a double minor in marketing and speech.
Joanne Ford
Development/Alumni Administrative Assistant

Joanne assists the Vice President for Institutional
Advancement in organizing office activities. She is responsible for arranging
travel for the Development staff, organizing special Development events,
and she works closely with the President's Office. Joanne assists the
Alumni Director in organizing alumni events, as well as organizing the
MacNet volunteers and assisting with office mailings. She coordinates
reservations for fall and spring reunions and keeps the alumni records
updated.

Director of Planned Giving

The Director of Planned Giving oversees the area of
fund raising that deals with estate planning, annuities, and other avenues
that will be considered in planned giving. Contact Jeff if you wish to
put MacMurray College in your will or you wish to discuss our annuity
plans.
Charlene Sample
Gift Recorder
development@mac.edu
As Gift Recorder, Charlene receives all donations made
to the College. She is responsible for recording the gifts to the fund
requested by the donor and generating the tax receipts and acknowledgement
letters. Charlene says that in her time at MacMurray, she has learned
just how very important alumni gifts are, especially for student scholarships.
Ronda Dill

Administrative Assistant to the President

The Administrative Assistant to the President is a
role which holds a multitude of responsibility. Ronda Dill may be the
first face you see or the first voice you hear when you want to arrange
a meeting with the president. In addition, she serves as assistant secretary
to the Board of Trustees, works closely with the Alumni and Development
offices on special projects and events, and holds positions on a variety
of campus committees.
