Enrollment Information

Congratulations on choosing to attend MacMurray College! Here are the things you will still need to complete before your enrollment is finalized:

  1. Send in your $150 enrollment fee, payable to MacMurray College. This is your commitment to MacMurray and is non-refundable after May 1. Checks and money orders are accepted through the mail; you can call 217-479-7056 to pay the fee with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted).
  2. Fill out the Intent to Enroll form and mail it back with your enrollment deposit. If you did not receive the Intent to Enroll form or have misplaced yours, click here (PDF) to print off a new copy.
  3. Upon receipt of your enrollment fee, an enrollment packet will be mailed to you. This packet will include all the forms and information necessary to enroll at MacMurray College. You may either mail them in or bring them to a Mac FIRST Day.
  4. Once your deposit is paid, you may sign up for a Mac FIRST Day. Mac FIRST Days allow students to register for classes, receive their student ID and email accounts, and finish up any paperwork with the Financial Aid Office and Student Affairs. You will also have the opportunity to take placement exams as warranted prior to the official Mac FIRST Day program. If you register for a Mac FIRST Day prior to depositing, your registration will not be completed until your deposit is processed. It is highly recommended to attend a Mac FIRST Day.
