Enrollment Deposit Information

Congratulations on your choice to attend MacMurray College! In order to declare your intent to enroll at MacMurray, you will need to pay an enrollment deposit of $150. Here’s how you can pay:

  • Mail check or money order, payable to MacMurray College, in the amount of $150. Please include your Intent to Enroll form that was enclosed with your acceptance letter and/or financial aid award packet. Please make sure you put your student’s name in the memo portion of your check or money order.
  • If you would like to pay by credit card, please call 217-479-7056 to pay over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You may mail your Intent to Enroll form separately.
  • You may also stop in during business hours, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., to pay with cash, credit, check, or money order. Just stop by the Office of Admissions (first floor, Kathryn Hall) and a staff member will be happy to assist you.
  • Upon receipt of your enrollment deposit, you will be mailed an enrollment packet that will contain information about housing, health requirements, and Mac FIRST Days, our registration days for new students.

The enrollment deposit is refundable up to May 1st, 2012 for fall semester enrollment. Requests for enrollment deposit refunds must be made in writing to the Office of Admissions.
