Then consider the Organizational Leadership program for adult learners at MacMurray College. It’s custom designed for busy people like you.
You don’t have to quit your job. You don’t have to go to school at night. In just two weekends each month, you can actually go to college full-time. And in two years, you can earn the MacMurray Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.
The program meets the needs of adult learners. You will enjoy a two-year accelerated and integrated course of study. You will have face-to-face interactions with professors and other students on weekends and then at other times on-line. Two courses are offered each eight week term.
The MacMurray Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership prepares you for the dynamic workplace of the 21st century by improving your abilities to
- Think critically and creatively about organizational challenges
- Understand the ethical and moral issues of leadership
- Communicate effectively
- Work productively with others
- Contribute positively to the health and vitality of organizations
The skills and knowledge that are necessary for you to be successful in the contemporary marketplace.
Admission Requirements
- Students must have completed 60 college credit hours from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning;
- Students with a grade point average greater than or equal to a ‘C’ (2.0 on a 4.0 scale) will be automatically admitted.
- Students must have two years of full-time work experience or be 25 years or older.
Tuition and Fees
The cost per credit hour is $350. Each semester, students will be charged a comprehensive fee of $20.
Textbooks costs are additional. Students will be able to purchase textbooks from the MacMurray College bookstore on-line. Textbooks will be shipped directly to the student’s preferred address.
